Description

Ducati would release an amazing number of world-beating motorcycles throughout the late 1980's - 1990's and beyond... all based on this relatively humble production motorcycle. The Pantah 600SL came in 1981, and by 1984, they would be painted bright red to celebrate Mike Hailwood's victories as a Ducati factory racer. The incredible TT2 would be based on the 600SL, but with a slightly larger bore. In 1983, Ducati introduced the 650SL in order to homologate the TT1's 61.5mm stroke. The 650SL is considered the Pantah to own, thanks to its host of improvements, better power, and red-and-yellow paint scheme. This example with low mileage and a stunning restoration is fantastic in every way.
