Benelli in Pesaro was the last of the five major Italian makes to resume motorbike production after the Second World War, as its factories were unfortunately the most devastated by the war. Giovanni, one of the five Pesaro brothers, designed a vehicle that would allow a quick resumption of sales. In 1949, the Letizia model was born, named after Giovanni's third daughter. The final displacement was 98 cc. Production lasted over 15 years: 3,161 Letizia 98 cc motorbikes were built. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
