Description

The 4TN 250 (or “turismo normale”) was manufactured by Benelli from 1935. The military 250 M37 model was based on this. The bike featured a duplex cradle frame made from steel tubes, with a front parallelogram suspension and rear suspension consisting of a swingarm with shock absorbers. The engine was a four-stroke single-cylinder (67mmx7mm) model tilted forwards 12 degrees; the cylinder and head were made of cast iron, and the engine was coupled to a three-speed transmission. The bike had a dual exhaust pipe and dual drum brakes.
