Description

The Yuma 125 was unveiled at the 1973 Milan Motor Show and put on sale in 1976. The bike featured very aggressive sporty lines, including a single-seater saddle, semi-handlebar, kickpegs moved rearwards and tank with pad, and weighed in at just 95 kg. The single-cylinder two stroke engine had racing bike characteristics: “dead spot” below 5,000 rpm, but not redlining until 11,000, giving the Yuma a top speed of over 130 km/h. The roadholding was excellent, as were the brakes (front disc and rear drum) and the transmission.
