New Range Rover Sport HST

Land Rover revealed the latest version of the Range Rover Sport at the Goodwood Festival Press Day. Titled 'HST', the car carries different bodywork and interior trim, and features 20" wheels.

"The HST allows a Range Rover Sport customer to drive the closest thing there is to the radical Range Stormer, our first ever concept vehicle and a real milestone for the company," says Land Rover UK managing director, John Edwards.

The new HST is based on the Supercharged specification with the additional equipment including: electric sunroof, electronic locking rear differential, and privacy glass. The interior has unique hand-polished lined oak trim.

Outside, the car has flush-fitting front and rear bumpers and a larger open-mouth grille. The front lower air intake is deeper and new front fog lamps are mounted in the spoiler.

The lower doors and rear boot are body-coloured and a new tail spoiler is fitted. At the rear the HST features special rectangular exhaust pipes.

Special 20" 'Stormer' alloy wheels, chromed aluminium side vents and body-coloured door mirror cappings are unique to the car.

Performance figures are unchanged from the standard Supercharged model. Prices in the UK will start at £63,000.
