Montblanc Mountain Massif Skeleton

To celebrate 100 years of making luxury writing instruments, Mont Blanc has produced its most expensive model yet. Limited to just three pieces worldwide, in recognition of its three founders, the fountain pen that incorporates 1277 white, and 123 blue, diamonds features a representation of the Alps as its design motif.

As the normally 'solid' part of the pen is now formed from crystal blue-tinted (to represent the skies) material, the model is named the "Montblanc 100 Years Solitaire Mountain Massif Skeleton"

Mont Blanc, the snow-covered, highest mountain in Europe, served the three founding fathers of the brand as a model. They saw all their demands embodied in its outstanding size and shape, the white top of the glacier becaming the trademark. In the "Skeleton" edition, the star on the 18-carat white gold cap is formed by a special diamond cut with 43 facets.

The price for the pen is EURO 150,000, and there will be only three examples sold.
