Limited-Edition Prints from Aston Martin
Aston Martin’s ‘Heritage’ division is offering a range of limited-edition prints of original photographs, technical drawings and adverts, taken from its archive. All the prints are individually numbered, while the technical drawings are also signed – and include DB4 and DB5 (signed by Chief Engineer Harold Beach) and DB4GT (signed by Chief Development Engineer of the Racing Department, Ted Cutting).
Photographs include ‘24 Hours to Go’, a hugely atmospheric view of the start of the 1959 Le Mans 24 Hours taken from the pits by Brian Joscelyne, and ‘Capital Elegance’ – a black-and-white publicity image of the DB5 outside the London Hilton. The advertisements include a 1959 poster promoting the DBR1’s 1959 race victories – in this case limited to a print run of just 50.
Reproduced on high-quality acid-free paper, each print is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity and is supplied in a protective tube, ready for framing.
The photographs and signed technical drawings are priced at £196.50 each, with the adverts at just £97.50 – while members of the Aston Martin Owners Club and Aston Martin Heritage Trust can claim a 15% discount. But you need to add VAT plus carriage and packing. See www.astonmartin.com/heritage or call +44 (0)1908 305530.
