Get your 2009 Smythson out: next year’s Festival is scheduled for the weekend of 3 - 5 July while the world’s best historic race meeting, the Goodwood Revival, is planned to be held from 18 - 20 September.
Both meetings are dependent on the vagaries of the international racing calendar - Formula One in particular - to ensure that not only the top GP teams attend the Festival, but also that top class professional drivers are available for both meetings.
As in previous years, admission to both Goodwood motor sport events will be strictly by advance ticket only, with 2009 ticket sales commencing from 1st November 2008.
