When Mercedes specialist Hamann is asked to transform an expensive SLR McLaren supercar, the order doesn’t often come from the Middle East. In this case, the so-called Hamann Volcano SLR is a factory-spec SLR given an extensive carbonfibre aerodynamics package, along with modifications to the eight-cylinder AMG engine to boost power from 626 to 700HP, and torque to a whopping 830Nm. On top of that, the interior is the recipient of much additional carbonfibre and alcantara.
