New to Classic Driver, Drouot Leclere Motorcars has impressed us with its diverse selection of lesser-seen classics, all of which have been beautifully photographed by our very own Rémi Dargegen. Its next sale – Automobiles de Collection – takes place in Paris on 10 April and comprises 30 intriguing entries, from Jean-Pierre Jabouille’s Ferrari Testarossa (est. 165,000-185,000 euros) to an ultra-rare, bright yellow Matra Djet (30,000-40,000 euros).
We particularly like the 1972 Maserati Indy, resplendent in a gorgeous shade of aubergine. It’s a relatively overlooked 1970s sports car, boasting a rakish Michelotti-designed body that’s arguably prettier than those of its contemporaries. It’s estimated to fetch 105,000-120,000 euros.
