Delivered new to French Ferrari importer Charles Pozzi, this is one of the first Ferrari 308 GTB in fiberglass converted for racing. This example with a fascinating history was transformed according to the specifications of the first Fiche Fia obtained by Ferrari in 1976 for the homologation of this model for Group 4 competitions. The 308 chassis number 19115 ended up in the private collection of a French gentleman driver Marc André Aymard who used it for almost twenty years, mainly on race tracks. There are no available informations regarding the car history since 1992 when the first invoices for maintenance and preparation works appears. These papers cover about twenty years of the works made on this car this car, starting with a 1992 invoice regarding the Colotti gearbox revision. The car has later been updated to Michelotto specifications with Kugelfischer double mechanical injection and dry sump lubrification system. The Marlboro livery was made to the original specification of the 308 GTB Competizione that competed in the Baja Rally in Spain in 1985. The car has recently been mechanically overhauled and has participated in many events including the Concorso d'Eleganza Poltu Quatu Classic 2022, the Drive Experience 2023, the Costa Smeralda Historic Rally 2024, the Tutto Bene Hillclimb 2025, the Alghero-Scala Piccada Hillclimb 2025 and the Turin Motorshow 2026. This Ferrari 308 GTB Competizione is included in the list of only 45 cars with Group B / Group 4 type preparation, published on the book Ferrari - Panorama illustre des models and on the Ferrari 308 GTB Register. Ideal car to participate in historic rallies or competitions on road and track, such as the 100 Hours of Modena and the Tour Auto or Montecarlo Historic Rally. The car is now registered with Italian plates and documents.
