A wooden-cased 4-cylinder coil box, early 20th Century, French, the wooden case with hinged lid and fall-front, fitted with a bank of four coils marked 'Vibreur M.M' of believed French manufacture with contacts, the fall-front incorporating an Engl-Beez Patent 5-Volt meter, on/off switch, and series of nine ivory buttons, the case measuring 35 x 13 x 19cm overall, fitted with two mounting lugs and a base mounting lug (detached).

A L'Autovox brass double-twist bulb horn, French, patented 1908, polished brass, 18cm diameter trumpet fitted with fly-gauze, with maker's plaque to chamber, stamped '861' to inlet collar and mounting bracket, 29cm high, producing good sound, lacking bulb, offered together with an L.Guillaume of Paris hand-operated bellows, nickel-plated circular body, 10cm diameter, in working order.

A BRC Alpha self-generating acetylene headlamp, French, model 110, stirrup mounted, brass casing (some wear and denting), 7 inch diameter lens.

A good pair of 'Camelinal' oil-illuminating side-lamps, polished brass squared bodies, with 3-inch clear main lenses, bevelled side-lenses, and ruby red tell-tale rear lenses, spade-mounted, loop handles, in seemingly good order, each 20.5cm high overall.

A Dietz No.5 'Handy Gas Generator' and assorted lamps, the brass Dietz acetylene lamp generator with some minor dents and old repairs, some fittings replaced, 36cm high overall; offered together with two brass Dietz oil-illuminating side-lamps, 31cm high, one lacking lens; a Howes & Burley number plate lamp (lacking reservoir); two opera lamps, one nickel-plated by Atlantic and with electrical conversion; and two brass bulb horns; various conditions, for restoration.

A Lucas No.631 oil-illuminating number plate lamp, polished brass body with electric conversion to rear, 2¾ inch clear main lens and ruby red side lens, spade mounting, with loop handle, 26cm high overall.

A pair of Dietz Majestic No.6 drum-shaped acetylene headlamps and generator, American, the lamps with polished brass bodies, 7¾ inch clear slatted lenses, with reflectors, fork-mounted, together with a Dietz 'Handy Gas Generator' unit, Style No.5, polished brass, with mounting lugs to base, 36cm high overall.

Seven assorted lamps, including oil-illuminating motoring lamps and comprising: Lucas No.725 side-lamp; Phares Auteroche Model 712 side-lamp, both black-painted bodies; a brass Phares Ducellier lamp, numbered 1329; another unmarked lamp with orange painted body; a Flec square-bodied lamp; a Miller GPO paraffin lamp; and a hand lantern; various conditions, some for restoration.

A Singer 52 inch Ordinary bicycle, formerly the property of John William Evans, painted black with traces of coach-lining, tapered spine with footrest, and remains of maker's transfer, sprung saddle pan with replaced cloth cover (worn), drop end handlebars with turned pear grips, simple sprung brake to driving wheel, opposed radial spoking to crescent rim, with solid black rubber tyre, pedals on adjustable cranks, the hub fitted with Lucas patent 2493 hub-lamp, the lens applied with Cyclists Touring Club transfer, 16 inch trailing wheel. Together with folding Ordinary stand, a bicycling map of England & Wales, a leather pouch, remains of saddle leather (in pieces), a rumble bell (lacking strap), a Victorian Cyclists Club cap, a medal presented to J.W.Evans, June 29th 1886, First Prize 10 Mile Handicap by the Chester Falcon Cycling Club, a photograph of J.W.Evans, and a photocopy of a publication depicting Evans with his Ordinary bicycle.
