Beschreibung
"The iconic 911 can trace its history back some 44 years; its family tree containing such memorable cars as the 911S, the 2.7 Carrera RS and the notorious Turbo. The landmark SC replaced all non-Turbo 911s, first being presented to the general public at the 1977 Frankfurt Motor Show. Featuring 7Jx16 Fuchs rear rims and flared wings, it was offered in either Coupé or Targa form. Power came from the three litre Carrera engine, detuned to 180bhp and a five-speed 915 transmission. This was still good enough to return a 0-60mph time of 6.4 seconds and would propel the car on to a maximum of 144mph.
Originally registered on 1st January 1982, this Porsche Targa presents in delightful condition. The coachwork is virtually unmarked as is the black and grey interior. Clearly this has been a very well looked after example, as confirmed by the significant history folder. The fastidious private owner talks with enthusiasm about this 911 Targa and clearly, he will be sad to see it go. We are advised NCF 681X drives with no known faults. Supplied with a V5C registration document, a current MoT test certificate valid until 25th June 2024 and a good history folder, this Porsche is a great example of the fast appreciating 1970's and 1980's 911.
