History:
The Porsche 356 SC Cabriolet is the final evolution of the 356. It was produced in 1964 and 1965, with around 1,200 units built. It received four-wheel disc brakes and the most powerful engine in the range, with 95 hp. This evolution makes it the most enjoyable 356 to drive on a daily basis, and one of the rarest versions.

This SC was delivered new on 15 October 1964 in the United States. The car was bought in 2017 by our client from European Collectibles (California), a well-known 356 restorer and dealer. The car is now registered under French collector plates ("carte grise collection") and presents in superb overall condition.

The car is fully matching numbers and comes with its Porsche Certificate of Authenticity.

Condition:
This 356 is in excellent overall condition and has been particularly well restored.

🚘 The bodywork, originally Irish Green/6406, has been repainted in an elegant black. The paint is smooth and taut, and presents very well. The chrome trim, wheels and hubcaps are in excellent condition. The black alpaca soft top is in perfect condition.

The cabin, trimmed in Havana leather, is in excellent condition. The dashboard and fascia present very well. The gauges and instruments are all functional. The carpets and trim are well preserved.

⚙️ The car runs very well, both warm and cold. It has just come from Passion Retro Classic (08/2026) after a full service (+€5,500), including:
