History:
🇮🇹 This Maserati Ghibli SS left the factory in 1970 and was delivered new in April 1972 to its first Italian owner.
🇩🇪 In 2014, the car was sold in Germany.
🇫🇷 It was then imported into France in 2016 by our client, a collector. It is now in the hands of its fifth owner.

📄 A substantial file of invoices, a Maserati certificate, and the original registration document are available. The car was even featured on the cover of Granturismo magazine.

Condition:
🚘 This Ghibli SS is presented in very good overall condition. The bodywork, designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro for Ghia, retains its sharp lines and iconic profile. Originally delivered in red, it now wears an elegant grey paint finish of very high quality. This repaint was carried out in 2018.

The beige leather interior is very well preserved. The wood-rim steering wheel is in excellent condition. All dashboard instruments are fully operational.

🔧 The chassis and engine numbers are matching (matching numbers). The car is structurally sound.

Between 2017 and 2019, this Ghibli SS underwent extensive work (€65,000+ worth of restoration work):
Engine and gearbox completely removed, inspected, and rebuilt, including machining of major components, cylinder block boring, and installation of numerous new parts (clutch, timing system, water pump, ignition system, etc.),
Bodywork fully disassembled and restored with metalwork repairs, complete preparation, and full repaint,
Suspension and running gear fully rebuilt with replacement shock absorbers, brake system overhaul, suspension refurbishment, and cooling system upgrades.
