Registration number: FE-79-43

We have a wonderful series 2 Ferrari 330 GT. The car first hit the Italian street scene in 1965 and has already partially been restored. It is a matching numbers car. It is number 683 of a series numbering 1,099 built by Ferrari between 1964 and 1967. The 330 series was Ferrari's successor to the 250 series. The 330 was far more advanced with disc brakes fitted on all fours and Koni shock breakers. The car is also quite a bit faster thanks to the completely new developed 4.0 litre V12 this engine was the successor to the engine that had been developed by Gioachinno Colombo. This second series car means it has a manual 5-speed transmission. Travelling large distances at speed is therefore a great use of time and fantastic way to travel. This 330 GT is in particularly original condition. The panelwork is nice and thin and aligns correctly. The cosmetically resprayed paintwork looks good. Other a few light signs of use the paintwork has remained in good shape, giving the car a beautifully understated exterior together with the black leather and Borrani rims. Inside the trim is very authentic. The black leather is complimented by black carpets and wooden inlay. The Veglia instrument cluster belongs to Ferrari as tomato sauce to spaghetti. But what is even more associated with 60’s Ferraris is the V12 engine. What a piece of art! The engine is aspirated by three twin Webers delivering 300 Ps. That allows 330 GT, even today, to put down an impressive performance. The engine runs fantastically with always more than enough oomph available. In 2017 the previous owner subjected the car to a thorough going over. The suspension and brakes were replaced and the engine expertly retuned. The invoices and rolling road test results are naturally included. This is a fantastic 1965 Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 in lovely condition and gorgeous livery!
