"The BSA C15 was BSA’s first four-stroke unitary construction bike. Beloved of a generation of new riders, this 250cc bike was the maximum size that a learner could ride unaccompanied in the UK. The 1959 C15 Star was the first model in the range and in 1961, the 'Super Sports' model (SS80) joined the range with a tuned engine, roller big-end bearings and lower handlebars.
