Der BMW M3 Competition M xDrive

Der Inbegriff für Rennsport-Feeling im Alltagsverkehr startet in eine neue Runde. 35 Jahre nach dem Debüt des ersten BMW M3 ist mitlerweile die jüngste Generation der High-Performance-Automobile verfügbar. Die neue BMW M3 Limousine hat ein konsequent auf Performance ausgerichtetem Fahrzeugkonzept. Die Abstimmung findet parallel zum Testprogramm für das neue Rennfahrzeug BMW M4 GT3 statt. Die Fahrzeuge verbinden so die M typische Einheit aus Dynamik, Agilität und Präzision mit harmonischer Alltags- und Langstreckentauglichkeit. Die Competition Modelle sind erstmals auch mit dem Allradsystem M xDrive erhältlich. Dabei verrichtet ein Reihensechszylinder-Motor mit M TwinPower Turbo Technologie, Hochdrehzahl-Charakteristik, bis zu 375 kW/510 PS und bis zu 650 Nm seinen Dienst. Zwei Turbolader, optimierte Direkteinspritzung, auf den Rennstreckeneinsatz abgestimmtes Kühl- und Ölversorgungskonzept, modellspezifische Abgasanlage mit elektrisch gesteuerten Klappen sorgen für einen emotionsstarken Antriebssound.

The BMW M3 Competition M xDrive

The epitome of racing feeling in everyday traffic is starting a new round. 35 years after the debut of the first BMW M3, the latest generation of high-performance cars is now available. The new BMW M3 Sedan has a vehicle concept that is consistently geared towards performance. Tuning takes place in parallel with the test programme for the new BMW M4 GT3 racing car. The vehicles thus combine the M-typical unity of dynamics, agility and precision with harmonious everyday and long-distance suitability. For the first time, the Competition models are also available with the M xDrive all-wheel drive system. Here, an in-line six-cylinder engine with M TwinPower Turbo technology, high-revving characteristics, up to 375 kW/510 hp and up to 650 Nm performs its duties. Two turbochargers, optimised direct injection, a cooling and oil supply concept tailored to racetrack use, and a model-specific exhaust system with electrically controlled flaps ensure an emotionally powerful drive sound.
