An original Aston Martin featured in TV commercials at at charity events. This car has matching numbers and is in very good condition. This car has been garaged for 10 years and well maintained, being used occasionally to ensure the car runs well.
The current owner purchased the car in London, UK, and moved it to New Zealand 10 years ago.
Since then it has been cared for and looked after with regular service and maintenance.
The oil pressure is good, and engine runs perfectly.
Gearbox is a ZF 5 speed, which is original and transitions easily for a smooth drive.
The pearl black (grey) body contrasts beautifully with the red interior.
Radio, steering wheel and ashtray all original.
The car had an unleaded conversion by the Aston Workshop, with new window electrics, electronic ignition and stainless steel exhaust fitted when current owner purchased the car.
The red leather interior is is great condition, with new front seat springs and upholstery.
There has been new work carried out recently on the chassis to replace rusted sills. A new water pump has been fitted with headliner reconditioning inside the cabin. The engine has been maintained by an Aston mechanic in NZ over the years.
