18-jewel manual wind movement adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, gloss black dial with applied gilt Breguet numerals and dot outer minute divisions, gilt leaf hands, subsidiary dial at 6 for running seconds, polished tonneau shaped case with snap on back, Swiss control mark in the band at 9, signed crown, fitted Patek Philippe black leather strap and unsigned gilt buckle, case, dial and movement signed
