Extremely fine and rare, important, astronomic, self-winding, minute-repeating, 18K white
gold wristwatch with retrograde perpetual calendar, moon phases, and an 18K white gold
Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted wooden box, Certificate of Origin,
setting pin, booklets and a leather folder with technical data and instructions.
Three-body, solid, polished, "Officer"-style case, white gold screwed bars, sapphire
crystal.
Silver with applied white gold Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary
seconds dial, concentric retrograde date graduation, apertures for the days of the week,
the months, the leap year and the moon phases. White gold Breguet hands.
Cal. R 27 PS QR, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated,
fausses cotes decoration, 41 jewels, 22K gold mini-rotor, Gyromax balance adjusted
to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet
