Omega writes about himself: "... Our pioneering world took us to the moon, the depths of the oceans made us timekeepers at the world's greatest sporting events. At the same time, it defined precisely.
In 1848, 23 Uret Louis Brandt set up a watchmaking workshop in La Chaux-de-Fonds. By 1879, his two sons transformed the workshop into a factory. The caliber "labrador" with a daily deviation of less than 30 seconds was driven in 1885 and in 1892 for the first hour with minute repetitions, hitting the trigger for an hour, quarter and minute. At the 1932 Olympic Games, Omega served as an official timekeeper for the first time. From that day on, Omega was one of the most famous watches in the world.
