Full plate gilt brass fusee verge movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge, silvered regulation, silver decorative panels on the flat pillars, large steel hammers striking on a bell, white enamel dial with black painted Arabic numerals and outer five minute divisions, central brass alarm disc, later skeletonised steel hands, pierced gilt metal case with alarm pull in the bezel, leather covered outer with pulley at the base, movement signed
