Beautiful open-air tourer

Charming example which has been fully restored with body conversion to drophead, plus full engine rebuild, presented in fantastic condition.

Chassis 58S3753 started life as an RMB saloon and was completely rebuilt and restored in 2015 from saloon to drophead coupe by a European restorer. The coachwork was done to the highest standard, a new interior was fitted and in 2016 a comprehensive engine and mechanical overhaul was completed. Finished in Bronze with a Magnolia interior this beautiful 4-seater Riley roadster was formerly part of a private collection before being acquired by its current owner in 2017. In November 2016 over £700 was spent on the Riley which included the following work; rebuild brake system and hydraulic parts, gearbox and diff service and underbody fully painted and protected, since then the current owner has had the Riley regularly maintained with bills of over £2,000 with work and parts including; speedometer cable, driver door handle, interior mirror, drivers handbook, 4x polished hubcaps, new battery and fuel pump.

This show quality car will impress the most particular of collectors with the paint finish, door gaps, interior, woodwork and chrome work. Complete with logbook, owner’s handbook and workshop manual.

Offered in excellent condition throughout this wonderful Riley offers the next owner a fantastic opportunity to own and drive an open-air four seater tourer at a massive saving compared to an original.
