Property of a Parisian collector, this Ferrari 308 GT4 comes in a beautiful metallic black livery with a nicely patinated light beige leather interior. Put into circulation on July 3, 1978 in Germany and imported by Auto Becker in Düsseldorf, its invoice file dates back to 1990, when it was in the hands of an enthusiast from the Strasbourg region. It was the latter who repatriated it to France in June 1990. He kept it for eleven years after having traveled a little over 4000 km at the wheel and after having maintained it very regularly with the Ferrari Generale Automobile Sport dealership in the north. from Mulhouse. It is through First Automobile, the concession of collector Marcel Petitjean that he will part with it in October 2001. The car reaches the surroundings of the capital and the good care of the Charles Pozzi concession in Levallois-Perret where it is still maintained today. Registered in the 92, it will be sold five years later to a third owner in February 2006.

It is the latter who will fully restore this vehicle without cost limits both mechanically and aesthetically. In total, more than € 50,000 will be invested between 2006 and 2015, when the last owner will part with it before regretting, to such an extent that he will buy it back a few months later! Whether it was its engine, its gearbox, its cooling system, its running gear, but also the wiring harness and the entire braking system, nothing was left to chance. Aesthetically, the rocker panels, the front block and the front lower fenders will be rectified before the entire body is repainted. In the hands of its current owner for just three years, the belts were replaced four years ago and the brakes overhauled with the change of pads and cleaning of the rear calipers. More recently still a new electric fuel pump was installed and four Michelin Pilot Sport tires in 205/50 ZR 16 at the front and 225/50 ZR 16 at the rear were fitted. Equipped with a stainless steel exhaust, this car is a real treat to drive. The balance of its chassis with its engine in the rear central position and the perfect adjustment of its front axle give this small 2 + 2 coupe a very good road handling. Rare, beautiful and original with its design signed Bertone, the model we offer will receive a Swissvax treatment just before the sale and will be sold with its cover.
