This car was delivered new to the fire brigade in Pisa in 1973 and served at the airport of Pisa and was mostly in the hangar. The last logbook shows that in 1990 with a mileage of 48,850 another ride was made outside the airport. In the period thereafter, the car was only used to be at the forefront of the annual Maria procession with the Maria statue in the space at the rear. In 2006 the car was given as a farewell gift to a firefighter who had to leave the service after an accident. The car was purchased from this former firefighter in 2014 and registered in 2015. To get the car technically in order, approximately € 2,500 was invested: Suspension disassembled and bearings renewed, Water pump renewed (Magneti Marelli), Brake overhaul: all brake pistons and brake linings renewed, New tires fitted, New Carello headlights mounted, Starter motor complete overhaul . The car has recently again been MOT approved. At KM 50,000, the oil has been replaced by AGIP I-Base and the oil filter has been renewed. There is a new extra oil filter with the car, as well as tools, antique searchlight, classic fire extinguisher, door attachments, roof trusses and plastic roof. The car drives great, the engine runs very nicely (valves still set once) and the gearbox shifts well. The 4-wheel drive also works well. The car is allowed for 8 people.
