A Herbert Johnson racing helmet worn by five times World Driver's Champion Juan Manuel Fangio, 1950s-60s, size 6 ⅞, extremely deep dark blue painted and shellac varnish, peaked shell, with canvas and leather chin strap and neck support, cork lined with webbing bearing maker's label and leather interior, used, offered with an unsigned typed letter of provenance in French, with English translation.
