Born as an RHD-specification example with a manual transmission and the 1275 MPi engine with a 10.1:1 compression ratio, this car was one of the very last Classic Mini Coopers built before production transitioned to the new-style Mini Cooper. It is accompanied by a certificate signed by John Cooper stating that it is the 11th built of the final 50 production cars.

Finished in Black with Silver stripes over a black and silver leather interior, the car is presented in virtually as-new condition throughout, having travelled less than 850 miles from new. Furthermore, it is important to note that the car was converted from its original right-hand-drive specification to left-hand drive for ease of use in the consignor’s home market. In his collection, it has remained beautifully preserved and maintained, with its last in-house full service taking place in January of this year.

Hier haben wir eines der letzten jemals gebauten Exemplare des Ur-Mini Cooper. Dieses im Jahr 2001 kurz vor dem Übergang auf den neuen Mini als Rechtlenker gebaute Exemplar ist mit dem 1275 MPi-Motor mit einer Verdichtung von 10,1:1 ausgestattet. Er kommt mit einem von John Cooper unterzeichneten Zertifikat, dass es sich bei diesem Wagen um Nummer 11 der letzten 50 Fahrzeuge handelt.

Dieser in schwarz mit silbernen Streifen und schwarz-silbernem Leder ausgeführte Mini präsentiert sich praktisch wie neu mit nur 850 Meilen Laufleistung. Es ist wichtig, darauf hinzuweisen, dass dieser Wagen zur leichteren Nutzung im Heimatmarkt des Besitzers von Rechts- auf Linkslenkung umgebaut worden ist. Es verblieb in seiner Sammlung in hervorragendem Zustand und profitiert von einem erst im Januar 2019 durchgeführten großen Service.
