Very fine and rare, skeletonized, self-winding, 18K yellow
gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases
and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.
Accompanied by a Vacheron Constantin fitted box.
Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, rounded band,
straight lugs, transparent case back, sapphire crystals.
Transparent with subsidiary ring dials for the days of the
week, of the month, the months and age of the moon, aperture
for the moon phases. Yellow gold dauphine hands.
Cal. 1120/1, gilt, skeletonized and hand-engraved, 36
jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance,
shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring,
skeletonized and hand-engraved rotor with 21K yellow gold
segment.
