10 years of Connolly luxury

To mark ten years of the original Connolly Mews shop, Connolly are introducing a fleet of Connolly sponsored cabs in London. Clad in ivy green patches, stitched together to give the impression that the cabs are covered in leather, these limited edition taxis feature leather interiors and walnut facing.

Ten years ago, Connolly the luxury leather company opened its elegant Mews shop and introduced the finest collection of luggage, clothes and travel accessories. The Connolly Mews shop quickly became London’s best kept secret and has been favoured for its discreet and relaxed atmosphere ever since.

Dubbed "one of the most luxurious shops in London," Connolly’s original shop can be found in one of London’s most elegant Mews just off Grosvenor Crescent. Formerly the Belgravia riding stables, the designer Andrée Putman retained the original character of the space while creating a spacious mood with bleached wood and granite floors.

An international clientele evolved and the Connolly Mews quickly build up a reputation as "one of the most beautiful shops in Europe." Fans range from Ralph Lauren, Richard Avedon, to Piers Adam and Elton John. Connolly is known for its understated and timeless style. From refined luggage and imaginative travel accessories such as the Travel Expresso Kit and the Road Rage Gloves to impeccable tailoring and beautiful cashmere, Connolly’s is about discreet elegance.

Connolly opened its Conduit Street store in 2000 and the collection continues to grow with the introduction of the Connolly plaid and new picnic blanket, leather iPod covers, track bags, beach umbrella and leather travel cases for chocolate bars.

Connolly can be found at 32 Grosvenor Crescent Mews, SW1 and 41 Conduit Street, W1.
