Audi Works Drivers Recharge Their Batteries at Fitness Camp in St. Moritz

Before the 2002 motorsport season takes off with the 12 Hours of Sebring, the Audi works drivers have recharged their batteries at a fitness camp in Switzerland´s ski resort St. Moritz.

For six days Frank Biela, Rinaldo Capello, Johnny Herbert, Tom Kristensen, Christian Pescatori and Emanuele Pirro worked at high altitude in Upper Engadine to improve their basic fitness and endurance together with the pilots of Abt Sportsline, who contest the DTM in the Abt-Audi TT-R. At the conclusion of the fitness camp in Upper Engadine the race drivers risked the Olympic bob run in St. Moritz during a taxi bobsled ride.
