Renting Villa Lucia allows you to access the tennis courts free of charge and to benefit from preferential green fees at the golf course. From 2,300 EUR per week in low season and 2,500 EUR per week in high season. These prices include the following: WIFI Internet, electricity consumption, water, gas, sheets and household linen, daily cleaning. Conditions for staying in the villa: no pets, the housekeeper is at your disposal for 3 hours every day for cleaning. Distances: airport (10 minutes by car), beach (5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by foot), golf course (2 minutes by foot), Marrakech (2 hours 30 minutes by car), Essaouira (10 minutes by car), supermarket (10 minutes by car). Booking conditions: a deposit of 50% will be charged on reservation, with the remainder to be paid 45 days before the start of your stay.
