Born in Naples but growing up in Rome, Fabrizio was obsessed with sketching and if you follow his Instagram account today, you will see that passion is still very much burning. As a former automotive designer, Fabrizio is still inspired by legends like Giugiaro, Bertone, Gandini and Zagato. For almost 20 years Fabrizio has worked at Bvlgari, continuously reinterpreting the brand's DNA with a contemporary design language. In Fabrizio's eyes the world of cars and watches share similar attraction and emotions: “The shape of a vehicle must suggest its use, its performance, and in some case a dream; watches have the same goals but with the added, perhaps harder, challenge of fitting all this in a space 40mm across”.
