Place your bets for Historics Auctioneers at Ascott Racecourse

Historics Auctioneers returns to Ascott Racecourse on 7 March with a bumper catalogue of some 190 collector cars. These are our favourite lots from the younger contingent of the sale…

With almost 190 collector cars ranging from post-War classics estimated for below £20,000 to limited-production modern supercars costing 10 times as much, Historics Auctioneers’ Ascott Racecourse sale on 7 March is a veritable smorgasbord of automotive treasures.

While there are dozens of intriguing classics offered, we were more taken with the more modern collector cars in the catalogue, many of which potentially offer fantastic value for money – £50,000 Bentley Azure, anyone? Arguably the prettiest is the low-mileage 2010 Alfa Romeo 8C Spider (est. £175,000–190,000), although both the manual 1995 Ferrari F355 Spider resplendent in Blu Swaters (£64,000–68,000) nips at its heels in the beauty stakes.  You can find our 10 favourites from the auction listed below or, alternatively, browse the entire catalogue in the Classic Driver Market
