The History
With the new 996 series, Porsche retires the legendary aircooled engine, which marked 3 decades in the history of the Porsche 911, and introduced a new water cooled engine.
When compared to the previous 993 model, the new version is bigger (20 centimeters in lenght), with a wheelbase longer of 8 centimeters.
Thanks to these bigger numbers, the new 911 coupé, cabriolet and targa, became a sport car able to grant an high confort when used daily and in long travels.
The Porsche Carrera S with the “AWD” is able to speed up to 100 kph in 5 seconds and to reach the incredible max speed of 285 kph.

The car is in very good condition of both bodywork and mechanics: the engine has been overhauled and is able to provide all the power.
Externally the car has been meticulously preserved: in fact there are no sign or scratches on the bodywork. Front grille, molding and mirrors are in perfect conditions.
The interiors are used but in good condition, and all the dashboard dials are working as intended.
The alloy wheels are the original from Porsche in very good condition, as well as the tyres.
