The Bentley Arnage and the Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph were both premier limousines as well as being the first new models since the ’80s. The then owner, Vickers, decided the Rolls-Royce would have a V12 and the Bentley a V8. After all, you tend to be driven in a Rolls whilst you would drive a Bentley. Our car is a 2004 Bentley Arnage T. The car has a 6.75-litre pushrod V8 with 4-speed automatic transmission. The engine effortlessly develops 456 Ps with an enormous 875 Nm amount of torque. Since 2002 it was the most powerful Bentley ever made. Measuring 5.4 metres in length, 2.13 metres in width and weighing in at over 2.5 tonnes it is an impressive car in all aspects. This particular Arnage is one of 98 built by Bentley in 2004. Initially supplied from new by the Paris Bentley dealership, it was exported to the Netherlands in 2019. The car has a black paint finish with “Tangier Hide” interior trim. On the build sheet included with this car, the first owner specified Picnic tables, 19” two-part rims, a sunroof and ventilated brakes. The last option is, considering its potential performance, certainly no superfluous luxury. Excessive luxury actually is a non-existent notion, to be honest. A Bentley is always opulently executed, with this Arnage T being no exception. There is perfectly finished leather as far as the eye can see. All options are naturally present with Bluetooth phoning, a Sat-Nav, fully electrically operated memory settings on the seating and a marvellous sound system. The Bentley’s overall condition is characteristic of a car of this calibre. The bodywork is great, the doors close as if they were safe doors and the brightwork is in splendid condition. The high-quality black finish is in perfect shape. The interior is brilliant. The very good quality of the leather and dashboard simply jumps out at you. All controls and switching gear look and work as they should, that is

great. I shall explain why this is the kind of Bentley Arnage T you really should buy. The car happens to comes with a full car wallet and maintenance history. Previous owners have clearly taken very good care of the car and never scrimped on maintenance costs. This Arnage drives fantastically and there is more than ample torque present for extreme fine road handling. The four Michelin Pilot Sport tyres add to the former attributes. Of course, one could take one place in the rear and be driven across Europe in all comfort by a peak-capped chauffeur who most likely goes by the name of James. But honestly, you should really appreciate this Bentley as it was intended and that is behind the wheel! Gallery Aaldering is Europe’s leading Classic Cars specialist since 1975!
