E39 M5
The E39 M5 needs little introduction. Many BMW fans consider the E39 M5 (1998-2003) to be the last real M5. A pure sports saloon; without the complicated computer systems but with a thick V8 that transfers 400 HP to the rear wheels.

It seems like this car came rolling out of the factory just yesterday.
We found it somewhere among the hills of the Bavarian Forest, less than an hour away from its place of birth: the BMW factory in Dingolfing.

Cologne years
During its first 4 years, this car drove around in the Cologne area.
BMW dealer Rolf Horn maintained the car there with care.
In 2004, the car was exchanged at Mercedes dealer RKG in Euskirchen.

Bavarian Forest
The 2nd owner, an enthusiast and collector of special and sporty cars, brought the car back to its native soil. Which is where the car only travelled 9,000 km in 16 years. This car has never seen the streets in winter (season al registration) and always stood in a dry garage.
