Description
- Fiat 500 D built in 1963 and subsequently transformed into a cabriolet in 1968 by one of the Turin based bodyshops specialized in open body trasformations. Plates and documents from the province of Savona, released in 1975.
- Red color, well-preserved bodywork, mounts aftermarket accessories of the time such as the steering wheel, the sports exhaust, the center console with the radio and the wire wheels.
- Mechanically complete, it has been sitting for a few years and therefore would need a service. Has not a valid MOT.
- The great success of the 500 Jolly produced by Ghia prompted several enthusiasts, who did not have the budget to allow such an exclusive car, to request replicas or open body transformations to specialized body shops, starting from standard cars. The vehicle offered is one of the rare one-off of the time that have survived, with the wording open in the logbook and ready to be enjoyed.
