Considered to be the successor to the McLaren F1, the P1 came out in 2014 and set the benchmark for the new level of hypercars and McLaren’s limited production halo car. Stemming from tremendous success in Formula 1, McLaren designed the P1 with incredible amount of detail and lightness including a carbon fiber monocoque chassis, full carbon fiber body panels, and other ultra-lightweight saving measures with the P1 weighing just over 3,000 pounds. Upon debut, the P1 competed with the best from Ferrari and Porsche with the LaFerrari and 918 Spyder, respectively. By far and away, the P1 was the most exclusive with just 375 cars produced worldwide.

The power is from a 3.8 Liter Twin-Turbocharged V8 engine coupled with a McLaren E-motor producing 903 bhp with 723 lb-ft of torque. The P1 will do 0-60 mph in 2.6 seconds with a top speed limited to 217 mph. Power for the electric motor is stored in a 324-cell lithium-ion high-density battery pack. The battery can be charged by the V8 engine or through an electric plug-in and can be fully charged in two hours. The P1 can be operated using either the V8 engine, the electric motor or a combination of the two for the ultimate hypercar experience.

This P1 is in exceptional, like-new condition throughout. This is a USA specification P1. The mileage accrued on this P1 to date has been solely from European delivery and the use of this USA specification P1 around the UK by its first and only owner to date. It is complete with its original books, keys and remotes, P1 specific battery trickle charger and box, build sheet and car cover.
