Description

The Maserati 3500 GT on offer left the factory on the 31 October 1960 in a black with natural colored leather interior livery. It was ordered new by Marquis Emilio Pallavicino, who gave as his address c/o ACI Firenze, via Cavour 18. The car was delivered to him with 5 wheels and a tool kit on 21 November 1960. The car was then acquired by an artist, Mr Malet Bruno from Trieste. Then, the car appears in the Treviso region, in the hands of Mr Valerio Zardi's, father of pilot Danny Zardi. It then lost its original configuration to benefit from a rally preparation by Mr Zardi in his workshop, Valle Elabozazioni which prepares classic cars as well as modern ones. The current owner purchased it in 2015 and had it restored to be put back in its original configuration by a workshop in Tuscany. The Maserati is now consistent with the configuration it had when it left the factory. This Maserati 3500 is a very desirable first series which is the purest, with the small round, rather than rectangular, indicators, and without the second side-vent window that was a less elegant addition on the series 2.
