A body-off restored 1961 Chevrolet Corvette C1 Convertible, equipped with a 283ci Fuel injection engine and a Big Brake set. In perfect condition, completely restored! This is a very early 61 C1, number 103 built! 1 of the 119 Big Brake Corvette C1 ever built !!

Exterior:
The exterior of this Corvette is executed in the special colour Jewel Blue / White of which only 419 pieces have been produced. The exterior is also in excellent condition. Underneath the car are the original steel rims, executed in the body colour (original with a Big Brake Corvette) with the original aluminium hubcaps. The car also has many chrome details such as the front bumpers, rear bumpers, mouldings and grilles. Furthermore, the C1 is equipped with a Hard-top in the colour of the car, this has been completely restored. This Corvette has been completely restored and is in excellent condition! Only driven 377 Miles after restoration!

Interior:
The interior of this Chevrolet Corvette is in good condition, executed in blue vinyl with blue carpet, a beautiful combination with the Jewel Blue exterior, this is the original colour combination from factory! The dashboard is in very good condition and all original clocks are present. All clocks work properly and have been completely overhauled and restored.

Technic:
The technology of this Chevrolet Corvette C1 is in very good condition. Equipped with a 283ci Fuel Injection engine that delivers 315 hp (the most powerful engine available for the 1961 C1). The power is transferred by a manual gearbox that shifts excellent. The complete technology has been completely restored and is in new condition! This C1 also has very special options from the factory such as an Aluminium radiator, Big Brake package and an injection system.

The history:
This Corvette was delivered new in 1961 by Curtesy Corvette in Los Angeles, America. Here the car is delivered in a special colour combination, Jewel blue / White with a Blue interior. The car was completely restored and overhauled at the end of the 90s and early '00s. After this very extensive body-off restoration, the car has only driven 377 miles. The car has always been in a collection. In 2019 we brought this car to the Netherlands and is ready for its next owner! The car comes with an American title!
