Because there was a prototype of the BMW Z8 in the James Bond movie "The World is Not Enough" from 1999, the Z8 was already extremely popular before the start of production and the model achieved some cult status. All in all, the BMW Z8 was only produced in a limited edition (5703 copies), which also contributes to the cult status of the model. The design of the BMW Z8 reminds the BMW 507, one of BMW's most beautiful models. The beautiful and exceptional copy of the BMW Z8 that we offer here is in top condition and has its full history (maintenance invoices available and ownership change). It is not a USA version but a Canadian version, which implies that the odometer counts in kilometers and not in miles. There is an extensive file available, including Canadian history. In 2001, the first owner of the car became Jason C *** (Ontario), who in 2003 sold the car to Lorenzo G *** (a Canadian underworld figure). In 2007, Lorenzo's assets were seized by the tax authorities, including a Ferrari, Porsche and this BMW Z8. In 2017, the car was sold to the current owner with 24,000 kilometers. The car has the original tires, a new battery, an extremely clean engine and still smells like the original new leather. There are no scratches or damage to the upholstery of the handbrake lever, central console and door handles. Furthermore, the cup holder, which is missing in many copies, is still present here. The almost impossible to find original multifunctional radio was adapted to European standards. A hardtop in perfect condition is available (currently located at the owner's home). Windshield and cover for the convertible top are present. The car has clear headlights. The majority of the BMW Z8s have matte headlights, but these were replaced with clear ones in this car. The rear lights are nicely bright (most are normally affected by the sun). The car never drove during the winter.
