Description
Constructed on September 16th 1965 and finished in Celeste Chiaro coachwork with white leather, this elegant Mistral was registered to its first owner Signor Giovanni Carlo Bronsini on September 23rd
The Mistral remained in his ownership until July 1969 whereupon it was sold to Signor Camillo Bondiolo who kept the car until August 1971, after which it was purchased by Signor Luigi Tamellini who retained the car for the following eighteen years
By 1989 the Mistral had been sold to Mr Edward Victory of Gibraltar and various service records and parts invoices are shown on file during his ownership along with Gibraltar importation documents etc
In 2013, well known English collector Mr Tom Walduck purchased the Mistral and bought the car to the UK where he embarked on a restoration, including stripping the body back to bare-metal and re-painting in the original colour of Celeste Chairo and a full re-trim of the interior. The engine, gearbox, brakes, differential and suspension were rebuilt with most parts supplied by McGrath Maserati and the engine has only covered some 250kms since rebuild
More recently in March 2019 the car benefitted from a major service by Project Workshop Ltd in Bicester, UK at a cost of GBP 8,987 and the Lucas fuel injection system was checked and re-calibrated by leading specialist Power Props Injection Service, Netherlands
Supplied with comprehensive historical file including copies of the original Italian registration, various service and parts invoices, restoration photos, recent service invoices, fresh MoT and UK V5
