Description

This Rolls-Royce was once owned by Hiroshi Yamauchi, the great-grandson of the founder of Nintendo. Due to the success of the portable game computer and games like Super Mario Bros and Zelda in the 80s, he could afford this Rolls-Royce. Because of this success, he was one of the richest entrepreneurs in Japan. In this period of 1982-1987 only 37 copies were built as stretch limo of which 31 LHD. Characteristic of this example are the extended front doors and the part between the front and rear doors which is unique, with the other stretch limos this piece is missing. The car was brought to the Netherlands about 8 years ago to function as VIP Limousine service, but the door panels have been removed because of a defect of the electrically operated side windows and due to lack of time the car has unfortunately never driven again. Car is technically in good condition and with just 21,000 km has just been run. Mechanically he has been overhauled, the hydroliek has been done, he has new spring balls, 2 new batteries have been installed, he has been sprayed again and the trunk has been re-covered. Part of the wiring must be done to, among other things, make the electric windows work better. The car has nowhere rust and all parts of the interior are present. Originally the car was delivered new in Japan. To get a good idea of the lot, we advise you to come to one of the viewing days.
