Poise and purpose at Pacific Grove with Worldwide Auctioneers

On 23 August, Worldwide Auctioneers will offer an eclectic mix of vehicles at its Pacific Grove sale, headlined by a beautiful 1958 Ferrari 250 GT ‘Ellena’. Let’s take a look at some of the other highlights crossing the block later this week…

In addition to the Ferrari 250 GT, Worldwide will also offer a distinctive metallic green 1972 Dino ‘Ferrari’ 246 GTS, which is complete with its original tan leather interior, sales documentation, and toolkit. You could also feel the Pacific wind in your hair with the 1972 Porsche 911 Targa, which shows just 52,000 miles on the clock and reportedly still wears its original paint. A number of noughties sports car including a red Mercedes-Benz CLK AMG Black Series and a metallic green Aston Martin DB AR1 are also offered. The latter is one of just 99 examples bodied by Zagato and is a sure-fire future classic.

We’re also suckers for the battleship-grey single-owner Jaguar XK120, with its beautifully contrasting burgundy interior, and the 1966 Shelby GT350, which has enjoyed a busy and successful life on the racetrack. You can find the entire catalogue for the sale, which takes place on 23 August, listed in the Classic Driver Market or, alternatively, browse our 10 favourites listed below.
