We have a wonderfully preserved 1978, American supplied, Volkswagen Beetle convertible available. It has done a total of 84,497 miles; it has never required restoration and is therefore in a superb original state. The lovely straight bodywork has nicely fitted body panels. The paintwork is utterly original and the chrome work is also in a good condition. The original underbody is sound and totally free from any rust. Finished in so-called ‘Triple White’ it has white vinyl trim, white exterior and matching white soft-top. It has the right powerful 50 horsepower 1600 type 1 engine. Mechanically in excellent working order.
