Audemars Piguet’s Hotel des Horlogers calls for a late checkout

In collaboration with Bjarke Ingels Group and Cche Architecture, Audemars Piguet has revealed plans to build a 70,000 square-foot Hotel des Horlogers at its historic home of Les Brassus in the heart of La Vallée de Joux…

Haute Horlogerie

That Bjarke Ingels Group was entrusted with the design of Hotel des Horlogers is no surprise — the Danish practice was also responsible for the watchmaker’s terrific Musée Atelier, which the hotel will sit alongside. It will feature a sloping roof designed to integrate with the picturesque landscape, which guests will be able to ski down towards the slopes of Valée de Joux. Inside, there will be two restaurants, a bar, a spa, and a conference centre. Perhaps ironically, time will certainly not be of the essence during an indulgent weekend away at the Hotel des Horlogers.
