Ferrari only built six of these special models, and this one is for sale...

Ferrari’s Sergio concept was revealed as a tribute to Pininfarina, on the 60th anniversary of the pair’s enduring relationship. Unlike most other concepts, Ferrari chose to put a handful of examples into production and, for the very first time, one has publicly been offered for sale…

Ciao Sergio

Delivered new to Switzerland, this Sergio is numbered ‘1 of 6’ and, as one might expect, has covered very few miles since new — just 74, in fact. Sold by invitation to select VIP clients only, all six Sergios were based on the 458 Spider, with the addition of the Speciale’s engine for sufficient ‘go’ to match their enhanced ‘show’. With countless nods to design greats from Ferrari and Pininfarina’s extensive back-catalogue, from the flying buttress to the classic circular taillights, the Sergio was a fresh take on a classic roadster formula and was immediately snapped up by those collectors deemed worthy enough to buy one. Now, for the first time, an example of this supercar sextuplet is for sale, via Classic Driver dealer Iconiccars. For those with the means, the arrival of this yellow rarity on the market represents an exceptional opportunity to purchase a truly delicious slice of Ferrari history…
