London to Paris – A Gentleman’s Journey with Hackett and Aston Martin

In the quintessential spirit of continental Grand Touring, we’re heading off on a ‘Gentleman’s Journey’ to Paris this week, kindly supported by Hackett and Aston Martin and encompassing the best that Britain and France have to offer. And we’re taking you all with us…

Brazen, British, Beautiful

At the helm of a truly gorgeous brown-on-brown Aston Martin DB11 — one of the finest front-engined GT cars currently for sale — our man James Bannister was bid farewell by Jeremy Hackett in London this morning, after a hearty (and may we say quite delicious) breakfast at Duke’s Hotel in Mayfair. Culminating in a very special evening in Paris, the three-day route will take in locations that we think capture the essence and spirit of these great countries beautifully, from a luxurious, quintessentially British country club to a history-steeped abandoned French motor circuit, a century-old Champagne house, and an edgy automotive exhibition in urban Paris. You can follow the journey every step of the way by following Classic Driver and Hackett London’s Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook channels, as well as reading all the related content right here in the Magazine. Bon voyage
