This is what €30m-worth of customised McLaren P1 GTRs looks like

At more than double the price of the standard road car, the 2.5 million or so euros that McLaren asks for the track-only P1 GTR might seem a little steep – but that does include a one-to-one consultation with head of design Frank Stephenson on the livery with which to adorn your car…

Decisions, decisions

When not lapping the world’s circuits at a blistering pace, the P1 GTRs are kept safe in a predictably spotless workshop back at McLaren’s Woking headquarters. The 12 cars here represent a good chunk of the very limited production run – and, as you can see, their owners have made good use of their time with Stephenson. Among the various shades of McLaren orange, and retro liveries inspired by the Fina and Harrods Le Mans cars, there’s also a rather interesting light blue number using a camouflage made up of various circuit layouts.

You can find a varied selection of McLarens for sale in the Classic Driver Market.
